    I purchased these to build forearm strength and grip strength in my left hand (I’m right-handed) as I started riding a motorcycle after 2 years off and was having trouble finessing the clutch at slow speed… This is exactly what I needed as the handle is similar to a motorcycle clutch. They can adjust as you build strength. I have one adjusted stronger for my right hand. I would not recommend these for people who already have forearm strength from weight training. Get something more challenging.
