Shipping & Returns


We ship orders Monday through Friday. Purchases made after 12pm PST will not begin processing until the next day. If you place your order after 12pm PST on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following week. Please consider this when placing your order.


$1.0 Flat Rate Shipping

2 Business Days Processing, 10 Business Days Transit



Expected time to process and ship orders is 2 business days. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Our standard shipping is a $1.0 Flat Rate Shipping, with an estimated delivery of 10 business days after processing. Please note we do not refund for Flat Rate Shipping on orders.

We also offer several expedited shipping methods through UPS.  Orders placed using an expedited method of shipping will ship the same day if they are placed before 12pm PST.  If an order with expedited shipping does not meet the 12pm PST deadline, it will ship the following business day.

PLEASE NOTE: We use an automatic system to check all addresses and ensure they are correct. We reach out via email and telephone to verify these addresses. If we do not hear back from you confirming/correcting the address, this Address Verification Process may delay your shipment. Per our policy, we do not refund shipping (expedited or standard) for packages delayed due to Address Verification.


We offer Free Shipping on orders over $75. Similar to Flat Rate Shipping orders, Free Shipping orders are estimated to be delivered of 10 business days after processing.


All orders over $120 are automatically sent with a signature required at our expense. We want to ensure you will receive your product safe and sound. We suggest you provide an address where you are available to sign for the package during normal business hours.  If, for any reason, you are not available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the carrier will hold the package at their local office for your convenience.

Here at N1Fit, we stand behind the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer an industry best 90 day refund on our products (excluding clothing and performance line).


Orders placed on

  • No account required. Simply input your order number and the email address you used to place the order in the search tool below.
  • Once you find your order, select the item(s) you’d like to return.
  • You will receive an email with your 4 digit Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address.
  • Make sure to include this RA number with your return.

Returns will not be accepted without this RA number.


  • All clothing items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your original order, excluding sale items.
  • If you would like to return or exchange your item, follow the instructions above to create your return form.  Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.    
  • All items will be inspected on return.
  • All returned items should be sent in their original condition, original packaging, and include all tags. 
  • All items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse.  Please be sure your return is packed properly and can’t get damaged during its transit.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 30 day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you would like these items returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
  • Depending on the form of return shipping you choose, it can take up to 10 business days for your return to reach us. Once your package has returned to our warehouse, a refund or exchange will be processed based on your request, and an email notification will be sent upon completion.
  • Refunds will be issued in the amount equaling the item’s original purchase price. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.


  • Our 90 day money back guarantee is valid only to U.S. customers who purchased product from,, GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. Refund requests on purchases made via other third-party affiliates or health stores must be directed to the appropriate retailer. 
  • The 90 day money back guarantee is valid only once per product, and redeemable Item(s) must be shipped back to N1Fit (at customers expense) with a valid receipt in order to process the return. No refund will be given without valid receipt. Customers may not return same item for refund more than once. We do not refund the original cost for shipping on returns where the order was successfully delivered to the customer.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  Additionally, we advise that you take a picture of your return label, or tracking number, in case your returned package is lost in transit.   We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refunds are only issued for items that are successfully delivered. n1Fit does not provide refunds for orders that were reported lost in transit. Additionally, replacements for orders lost in transit are not eligible for a refund.
